Ok, One More Post Tonight...

I just wanted to give all my fabulous blog stalkers a heads up that I will be out of town for the weekend, starting tomorrow. The Brayden's Birthday extravaganza week continues with a trip to the city to see the Dinosaur's. Hubby and I will then be heading Maine for the weekend for a wedding. It is going to be a great event, I can't wait to share some photos.

A note about my calendar: August, 1 session left. September 1 weekend session left. Expectant mothers, please call me as soon as possible regarding my "Welcoming Me" packages.

It is never too early to book for Christmas. Holiday sessions will be very limited and will take place starting in October. I am working on some great collections and have some beautiful cards picked out for you.

I will be off for the month of December, off to HAWAII!!!

Party Time...

So we celebrated Brayden's 3rd birthday this weekend. We had some family and close friends over to dig some dirt at his "Big Truck" party. No petting zoo here, noooooo... we had an excavator, a Bobcat as well as a Dump Truck, all thanks to Ric Etta Construction.

Another Birthday Boy!!

We even had a "BIG TRUCK" cake. Thanks to Marcia for putting this cake together. It was soooo yummy. We had to stop Brayden from trying to dump the cake out of the dump truck , but it was a great hit with our guests.

My Baby is 3!!

My little muse! I cannot believe how fast the past 3 years have gone by. He has taught me so much about love and patience. I learn from him everyday. He is a wonderful little boy and I hope he never gets sick of me snuggling with him before he goes to bed every night :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRAYDEN!!!

Brayden's Birthday Extravaganza Begins....

Hubby was able to take Friday off so that we could all head down to the Bronx Zoo for the day. We have always loved going in the pre-kids days, but now it is even better when we see the look on Brayden's face with every animal he comes across. I have always loved the Congo exhibit, but Brayden was more interested in the Giraffe's or the front loader outside the Tiger exhibit hauling mulch. Boys and their trucks :)

I was also excited to use my new zoom lens I had gotten just the day before. I was a gitty little girl when the FedEx man came ;) The lens was great for those close up animal shots, but it was killing my back by the end of the day.

Still to come, the birthday party we had this past weekend. Thursday, back to the city to Walk with the Dinosaur's.

If Your Going To San Francisco..

"...Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair." I have been singing this song to myself all day after meeting this lovely family. Daddy sang this song to Little G, as he put a Black-eyed Susan, in her hair.

What beautiful kids, with mesmerizing blue eyes. I could not get enough.

Did I Tell You I Had 2 Weddings...

Yes, to the same man :) Hubby and I were not only married in MA, but in Kauai as well. July 23rd, 2003 was the date of our 2nd wedding on Poi Pu Beach in Kauai. We celebrated with Hubby's family as well as my parents who flew out for the celebration. Hey, its Hawaii, wasn't too hard to twist their arm. With about 30 people there, we had a great celebration and lots of fun pictures.

Happy Anniversary AGAIN Hubby!!!

Fresh Face Update...

WOW!! Can I say we had over 30 entrants! Thank you so much for those who entered. Due to Brayden's birthday and the fact that I will be away most of next week, I am going to start the official voting the first week of August. Be sure to check back August 4th!!

Thank You!

My Picture In A Print Ad...

How fun! Little Ones used on of my photos for a print ad in The New Paltz Times. I love these boots I got there. They are apart of my traveling wardrobe :)

Brothers...

Since I have two boys of my own, I always enjoy working with brothers. They are the same age difference as my two. You can tell these two monkeys have that great brother bond and will grow up to be best friends. I also loved the fact they were full of hugs for me :)

Balloons...

I got up very early this morning, after a late night with Kieran, and headed to the river to see the Balloons launch in Poughkeepsie. I was actually shocked with how many people were as crazy as me, getting up at the crack of dawn to watch about 15 hot air balloons launch from across the river. It was truly beautiful and well worth going on only 3 hours of sleep :)

This is when I wish I had that ultra zoom lens I ordered last night ;)

Chillin With The Boys...

Before another hectic weekend, I had some nice mommy/son time with the boys today. We hit up the rail trail for a nice walk and followed it up by hanging out on our front porch. We played trucks and watering mommies plants. Kieran is obviously a very happy boy and Brayden made sure I took plenty of pictures of his front loader.

Tipsy Turtle...

We love Tipsy Turtle, aka, the "Henna Lady!" I hosted a henna party last October prior to Kieran being born so I could have my belly done. Recently we had her here again for a small baby shower. This is a great and funky idea for maternity photos.

I highly recommend Amy and her great party packages.

The Bali Bed Baby...

Truly one of the coolest pieces of furniture I have ever seen, with one of the coolest families I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Mommy and daddy had the bed shipped home while honeymooning in Bali. And for several months I have been thinking about this bed and how I was going to work it in with this shoot. Well, Baby A was a true trooper and took a nap just long enough for me to take advantage of the Bali Bed. This little guy is very lucky to be surrounded by such a large fun loving family.
