Baby Boy...

It has been almost 2 weeks since I first met this little guy, only days after he came into the world. He has a happy but tired momma, a smitten daddy and a sister who loves him, but still refuses to change a diaper ;) He is such a good baby and a real blessing to his family.

One Fun Momma...

I am so lucky to have the free spirit clients that I have. This mommy to be is a great example. There is nothing like being greeted at the door with a hug, it makes you feel so welcome. Her and her family were very welcoming and live in one of the most unique homes in the Hudson Valley. I was honored to be chosen to document their babies arrival.

And, this shoot brought a first for me, my first horse maternity shoot. Violet the horse is expecting any day now.

Return of the Little Red Head...

I have been photographing this family for almost 2 years now. I first met this family when I did little B's birth announcements 2 years ago. Since then, we have done several holiday and family sessions. Little B is most famous for getting me published in the Little Red Heads Across America book. Since this family had recently relocated to FL, it was great that we were able to get together on a visit back home.

I think big brother thought we were shooting for Little Man GQ :)

Birthday Gift For Grandma...

9 Children, 1 group photo, all eyes front, no problem....thanks to the help of all the parents :) This is a special gift for Grandma's birthday.

The girls had a busy day ahead and were not able to stick around, but I did get to hang out with the boys.

This little guy was my muse for the "Welcoming Me" collection. His mama's fabulous belly is on my website and is featured in my gallery at Waddle N Swaddle. They do grow up so fast.

Running Away...

The family and I will be running away for a couple of days. We are heading to Boston to see the World Champs in action. We have great seats so I am hoping to get some great pictures at batting practice. I would love for history to be made while we are there and see Manny hit 500. We will see. This will be Brayden's 2nd visit to Fenway and Kieran's 1st.

We also plan on going to the visit the New England Sea Aquarium. We say it is for the kids, but hubby and I love it just as much.

Should you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to email me and I will answer them when I return this weekend.

Thanks!

A No-No For The Sox!

For all of you who know me, or have seen my car, know I am a Red Sox fan! Tonight, the Sox made history again and Jon Lester pitched the 18th No Hitter in Red Sox history. Hubby, the boys and I are heading to Boston this week to hopefully see Manny Ramirez make history too, 500 homers.

Is The Weekend Over Already...

Birthday parties, baseball games, new babies, little boys and little girls, there definitely wasn't time to be board this weekend. What another great day and two great families.

Little Miss S is a sure contender for "Next Top Model." This little girl knows how to work the camera. And we thought she was going to be shy ;)

This momma and I had our little guys just 3 days apart. I was lucky to meet her when I took her photos as part of a commercial photo shoot for Waddle N Swaddle's maternity wear. This time, I got the pleasure of meeting the whole family.

Ok, now I need a mocha!

Hanging With The Boys...

What a great day it turned out to be. Running around with these two was like spending a day with my boys. We had a great time and I found my new favorite location in Southern Dutchess.

Welcome To The World...

Remember this fabulous momma:

Well, after a long day and night at the hospital, mommy, daddy and big sister were very happy to announce the arrival of their new son (and brother). You can see that daddy is so smitten with his new son and is taking great care of mommy. Congrats to your new family!

There's nothing like 2 day old feet :)

I DID IT!!! My first 5K...

This was one of those personal goals I set for myself. Today I ran the Miles of Hope 5K run, a benefit to raise money for those in the Hudson Valley whom have been affected by breast cancer. I don't normally run for enjoyment, only for sports and the last time I played sports, college. The thought of running 3.2 miles straight...huh! Lucky for me, I have some super friends who wanted to join me and raise money for a good cause, and a hubby who was willing to sit back and watch the kiddies.

I did much better than I ever anticipated, 29:45. The people I ran with, stranger or friend, all supported one another and cheered each other on. It was a great event to be apart of.

Afterwards, they had a great family event set up with face painting, raffles, Starbucks (yum), ice cream and massage. Yes, massage!! I got a great 5 minute massage from Heather Horton, made me want to float like a cloud off the table.

Tomorrow, I am off to hang with my boys.

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Thank you clouds...

A couple of clouds and dark sky's didn't stop us from going out and enjoying the beautiful surrounding's of this campus. Mommy was thinking ahead in preparing for this Father's Day gift. We even got to take a quick trip to his work while he was out on a training call. Shhhh....it's a secret :)

The colors of the trees and grounds were so beautiful, I took my kids back later to get some shots.
